  • Condition: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind if the product packaging has been opened or tampered with. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will need to ship the item(s) back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return shipping.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item that has been opened or used.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Additional Information

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
